It’s Halloween month here at Prestige and today we are offering up a tasty red for your satanic ritual. The name of this Cabernet from Chile literally means “The Devil’s Cellar” and if you look closely at the small face below the bottle neck you note that it is indeed the big bad boy from way down south.

This cab is ruby red in color and has aromas of cherry, black currant and dark plum. The plum and cherry continue on the palate with toasted oak and a touch of vanilla. This is a simple but well balanced wine that pairs easily with a wide variety of food, particularly red meat dishes. I particularly enjoy this wine with stilton-gloucester cheese and rye toast.
